Communicate with the archangels

Learn how to recognize when the 3 major archangels are trying to communicate with you. They have messages for you!

At the time of this writing, the world is currently dealing with the health issue of COVID-19.  There is a great deal of fear, anxiety, anger, worry among other lower vibration emotions.  Many of these can be natural to feel at some point, but it is the staying in this energy that is concerning.  

 

There are ways to shift these feelings.  

 

As human beings, we will feel a broad range of emotions on any given day.  That is healthy.  However, once we observe those emotions, we may find some times they are harder to shift.  That’s how our Guardian Angels can help us.  We can call upon our Guardian Angels to shift/transmute these emotions. We have listed below three ways you can work with your Guardian Angel to shift.  Depending on your preference, there is an exercise for written, spoken, or visual.  

Visualize yourself surrounded by protective, pure white light.  Take three deep, cleansing breaths.  

Read on to determine which exercise best suits you.  While these exercises were written with the current times in mind, these exercises can be performed any time you have emotions that you wish to transmute in a healthy, loving way with the Angels.

 

Written:  

Take a moment again to see yourself surrounded with pure, protective white light.  We encourage you to write how you are feeling in a journal.  Recognizing that this is a way to get the feelings out in a healthy way.  Once you have written all that you need, you can now call upon your guardian Angel.  Feel free to write or speak the below section

Guardian Angel, I call upon you now.  Thank you for helping me to write my worries,fears, and other emotions.  Thank you for helping me to see them as they are, without holding on to them.  I ask that you transmute these written words.  May I no longer carry these burdens.  May you help me shift into a space of love, trust, peace and serenity.  Thank you.  

Now write in your journal:  I have released the concerns listed above.  They have been shifted into love, trust, peace, and serenity.  Thank you.  

 

Spoken:

Guardian Angel, Please surround me with pure white light for protection.  I feel within me (name your emotions).  I ask that you shift those emotions for my greatest and highest good.  Please replace them with love, trust, peace, and serenity.  Thank you.  

 

Visual:

Visualize yourself surrounded by a white light of protection.  See your Guardian Angel approaching and holding out their hands.  Visualize yourself placing a basket filled with your negative emotions in their hands.  As you see yourself giving these emotions over, feel the relief of not carrying them.  See yourself instead filled with love, trust, peace, and serenity.  Thank your Guardian Angel.
